Nice cakes, fresh bread, and plenty of choice at reasonable prices. Mostly friendly, helpful staff and rarely a queue at checkout, apart from this morning (4th Sept). I stood at the bread counter for five minutes during which time a female assistant served two customers with lottery tickets right next to me. When my turn came she blanked me completely and instead went straight past me to the queue which had formed well after my arrival.So I put my bagged baguette back on the pile and went elsewhere - not buying my cakes there either. I think this woman forgets that there are other supermarkets nearby. She really let her side down as the service here is usually very good.The other thing to mention, in common with other small supermarkets, is that some slow selling items can be short dated.Stop & Shop is open on Sundays and on Canarian bank holidays when Mercadona is closed.

If you are looking for authentic Italian and British products then head here. They will have it. They also have a very appetising patisserie and a smart delicatessen with a wide range of cheeses and cold cuts.
Perfectly located, extremely friendly and helpful staff.Prices can be a little expensive if you are buying products from the UK, but on the whole it's my first choice for daily essentials.
