  Totally reliable and trustworthy service for both renting and buying a property where it can often be hard to find fast and legal service. Rented through them before buying and they found me somewhere quickly which isn't easy here! The whole team were friendly and quick to answer any questions that I had. Richard and Philip are very knowledgable about the market and legal issues and have a great team of professionals who made sure I felt comfortable during the entire buying process, especially as a foreigner here. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks again!

  We have just sold our house in Tenerife through Easy Living, and cannot speak highly enough of the team in Playa de San Juan. Kate and Philip conducted the sale with sheer professionalism, coupled with a pleasant and courteous manner. They also displayed a deep understanding of the stress that a house sale can generate, and their cheerful attitude and willingness to 'go the extra mile' to help was greatly appreciated, smoothing out all the wrinkles and making sure that the whole process was taken care of efficiently from start to finish.   Personally rented an appartment through this agency for a long period of time. Seems very professional but in reality and simply put: it is a corrupt agency. Unwillingness to help their customers. Contracts are only in Spanish and the agents are not helpfull with translating. Additionally once the contract is signed they decline any changes. Didnt receive my deposit in the end. I would strongly suggest everyone to look for a different agency.
