  Customer service zero!!!!Please do not buy from this shop as they do not return phone calls or emails. When I was on holiday I spent a small fortune on clothes at Nest and shoes at Lopez very pleased with everything! Until we gut home.When we arrived home my daughters Kendal and Kylie trainers which she has worn twice had lost a small stud holding some trim on at the back. These trainers were very expensive and a treat! I have left two messages now fully explaining that all I need is a tiny screw like stud so I can replace the faulty one and they will be as good as new. I have also sent 3 emails.The screw will cost pence literally but they just arent bothered. It is so frustrating when the lady in the shop said Please contact us when you get home if you have any queriesas they sent a pair of shoes onto me in the UK!I feel I have no other alternative than this for you to contact me so we can sort this out as the trainers are sat in a cupboard now not being worn.Customers service nil points!!!!!!The website has been under construction fir 3 moths now as I was waiting for another email address to come up so I ciujd contact yet again!
